“As a company that has a very big internet presence it was important for us to have a good internal IT system, as a company Focus Project Management are a training broker for online project management training courses. We required a system that would allow all of our users to share information such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and our ACT database safely and securely and also a system that would provide daily automated backups.

We were mainly concerned with the issue of what would happen to our data once our current system was “switched off”, having never used P-A-S before this upgrade it was refreshing to have the technical features explained in a non-technical way, followed up with a detailed written proposal.

As promised, the system was delivered in full and met all of our requirements and much more we are yet to learn about. All of our users can now access all of the required resources from their own PC without the need to disturb others by moving desks. I understand we now have a reporting facility which means that the server will automatically email P-A-S when issues arise.”
