… about our system upgrades:

Before the system upgrade MDS had quite old computers running Microsoft Office 97.

The system was not reliable and was having trouble working with the Outlook email software. The system was forever requiring maintenance and rebooting to run any of the systems.

P-A-S recommended that we update the systems to:
· 3 new PC’s (All of the PC’s are the same spec, all are running the same operating system and office packages and are covered by Symantec AntiVirus software which updates automatically.
· P-A-S also setup the facility to allow remote access the our PC’s.
· MDS now has a yearly support contract which covers for any remote assistance plus some on-site hours.

The system is now running extremely well with no down time or noticeable glitches. The remote access that PAS has, allows for problems to be sorted almost instantly reducing down time to almost zero.

The support we get is great and would not hesitate to recommend the service to any small business....
