When I joined the Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) in 2004, P-A-S were looking after the systems but only in a fire fighting capacity. It became apparent very quickly that the system used by the FPC was in need of an upgrade and the way we accessed data and communicated by email needed urgent review. We asked P-A-S for advice and were delighted to find that following a frank and open discussion our needs were identified in a language we could understand, a comprehensive proposal promptly followed and our new system was installed with the least possible fuss and disruption. Installation of our network has revolutionised the way we do things and provided fast, effective and reliable communication facilities both internally and externally. In addition we have fast, friendly backup support from P-A-S.
